Charente Maritime Holiday Rentals offers a choice of self catering holiday homes, all within a short drive of the beaches on the west coast of France.
They all have some late availability for July and August 2011, and
some have swimming pools.
They are all privately owned and most have been personally viewed by us;
they have all been verified for authenticity by us, so in any event you can book your holiday with confidence.
Our managed homes have an English/French speaking manager close by to help in an emergency, and
others have either the owners living close by or have local management. They have all undergone thorough checks to ensure that they are genuinely owned by the people who are advertising them.
The Charente Maritime area, situated in the South West of France, is blessed with a microclimate ensuring a high probability of hot sunny days during the summer. With many tourist attractions and nearly 100 miles of excellent sandy beaches it makes an excellent choice for holidays.
It is famous for Cognac, the Pinot grape and wine, and on nearly every country road you will have the opportunity to taste and buy if you wish.
From the smaller resorts of Meschers sur Gironde, to the larger and more well known towns of St George de Didonne and Royan. La Rochelle, allegedly
one of the prettiest ports in France. Châtelaillon plage, La Palmyre, Saint Palais-sur-Mer, Ile D'Oleron, Ile
de Ré..and many more. |
